Duties:·
1. Liaise with clients for the schedule and work method regarding maintenance activity·
2. Preparing Pre-Documents (Method Statement & Drawing) and post-report (Service report) for the maintenance jobs·
3.Coordinate with subcontractor for the maintenance jobs·
4. Manage and Control sub-contractors and monitor their work closely to keep site safe and neat· Supervise ongoing site activities closely·
5.Requirements:· Degree In Environmental Engineering/Civil Engineering or equivalent from Local Singapore recognized University.·
6.Able to work independently and eager to learn, team player.· Good interpersonal communication skill
