Job OverviewTo support and deliver Tasks / Projects on the NWS LLWR site Cumbria
To manage and lead Task / Projects execution on NWS LLWR site, liaising with the Client, Stakeholders, Subcontractors and other trades, co-ordinating all aspects of the works so that they are delivered in line with the scoped requirements, Construction Design Management (CDM), NWS LLWR Site Procedures (SLSPs) and within budget / time allowances.
Responsible for managing the work of consultants, allocating and utilising resources in an efficient manner and maintaining a co-operative, motivated and successful team.
Have a commercial understanding, advising and implementing cost savings at all times through Value for Money initiatives,
