Responsibilities
- Lead construction teams to establish and achieve construction milestones for Singapore PUB projects
- Plan and implement piping and equipment installation projects to meet operational timelines
- Manage construction activities to ensure smooth and timely project progress
- Execute work plans and actively participate in project meetings to align team efforts
- Diagnose and resolve design and site issues during construction phases
- Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to project specifications and requirements
- Identify and ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory project requirements
- Coordinate and sequence subcontractor tasks to optimize workflow and minimize delays
- Assess project and stakeholder risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate impact
- Respond promptly to work delays, emergencies, and unforeseen problems to maintain project momentum
- Communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors through daily construction oversight to align expectations and schedules
Required competencies and certifications
- Singapore PUB project experience (mandatory)
