Project Engineer

Job Summary

Coordinate and manage project schedules, site arrangements, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely completion of renovation and interior fit-out projects. Monitor progress, prepare documentation, and resolve site issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, delivery timelines, and site arrangements to meet project requirements
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management for informed decision-making
• Prepare accurate work orders, project documents, and progress reports to support project tracking
• Follow up on site issues promptly and assist in resolving problems to maintain project momentum
• Coordinate measurements, material deliveries, and installation schedules to align with project timelines
• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet specified quality and client requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant working experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of renovation and interior fit-out industry preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic project documentation
• Strong coordination and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Responsible with a proactive approach to follow up closely on project progress
