Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with project cost tracking, timesheets, invoicing, and forecasting.
  • Review subcontractor and vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness.

  • Assist with quality control and ensure work is being performed in accordance with contract documents.
  • Visit project sites as needed to monitor progress and coordinate with field personnel.
  • Help identify and resolve project issues before they impact schedule, cost, or quality.
  • Support project closeout, including punch lists, warranties, as-built documentation, and turnover.
  • Promote and maintain a strong culture of safety and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of demolition, construction, engineering, or project coordination experience preferred; relevant internship or field experience will be considered.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with construction management software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
  • Ability and willingness to visit active demolition sites and work in a field environment when required.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, accountable, and eager to learn. You don't have to know everything on day one—we're looking for someone who takes initiative, asks good questions, follows through, and wants to grow into a larger project management role.
