Project Engineer
Technical Support & Design:
- Review and interpret project specifications, blueprints, and contract documents related to waterproofing systems and materials.
- Assist in the design and selection of appropriate waterproofing systems for each project.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design solutions meet project requirements.
Project Planning & Coordination:
- Assist in the development of detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to ensure timely procurement of materials and resources.
- Ensure that project deadlines, milestones, and quality standards are met.
Site Management & Supervision:
- Oversee daily activities on the job site to ensure proper implementation of waterproofing systems.
- Ensure that work is performed in compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for installation issues related to waterproofing systems.
Quality Control & Inspections:
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify that the work meets the quality standards and specifications.
- Ensure waterproofing installations are properly executed and that any defects are promptly addressed.
- Review and ensure the accuracy of installation reports, ensuring all work is documented and recorded correctly.
Budget & Cost Control:
- Assist in preparing project budgets and monitor expenses related to waterproofing systems, materials, and subcontractor work.
- Track project expenditures, ensuring cost efficiency, and report any discrepancies or issues to the Project Manager.
- Assist in the preparation of change orders and cost estimation for variations in the project scope.
Health, Safety & Compliance:
- Support the Project Manager in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in conducting safety meetings and enforcing safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure that all waterproofing installations are carried out in line with industry codes, standards, and client requirements.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of all project activities, including design changes, material selections, and installation processes.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly reports to the Project Manager, tracking progress, issues, and changes to the project scope.
- Assist in the preparation of final project documentation, including as-built drawings and warranty information.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure the project runs smoothly.
- Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders to ensure project objectives are aligned.
Problem Solving & Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and challenges related to waterproofing systems and provide solutions to mitigate them.
- Resolve technical issues promptly to ensure project continuity and prevent delays.
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• 4-5 year experience
• Language Proficiency
• Computer Proficiency/ AutoCAD

• Past Experience in handling Water Proofing application activity as sites.
