Description:

We’re looking for a Project Engineer to join our talented team of 5-6 engineers, each responsible for managing their own projects from start to finish. Projects cover a diverse range of IT and cloud solutions, including:

• IT & Cybersecurity: Risk management, cybersecurity, user protection, authentication, anti-spam, Wi-Fi security, scalability, and monitoring.
• Cloud Technology: Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Data Resilience, Secure Storage, and Backup Management.
• Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS): Secure colocation, remote access, 24/7 support, performance, reliability, and Office 365/email hosting.
• VoIP & Unified Communications: Cost savings, video conferencing, call recording, mobile integration, scalability, and Virtual PABX solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support IT infrastructure projects across various technologies.
• Manage, maintain, and upgrade Windows Server environments (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022).
• Perform MS Exchange Online and Office 365 migrations for seamless transitions.
• Implement and migrate physical servers to virtualized environments (VMware ESXi, Hyper-V).
• Install, configure, and optimize VEEAM backup solutions for business continuity.
• Deploy and configure firewalls (Sophos XG) to enhance network security.
• Set up and manage VoIP telephony systems (3CX) for business communications.
• Cyber & Security projects (E8, ISO, audits and assessments for customers)

Key Requirements:

• Manage, maintain, and upgrade Windows Server environments (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022).
• Perform MS Exchange Online and Office 365 migrations for seamless transitions.
• Implement and migrate physical servers to virtualized environments (VMware ESXi, Hyper-V).
• Install, configure, and optimize VEEAM backup solutions for business continuity.
• Deploy and configure firewalls (Sophos XG) to enhance network security.
• Set up and manage VoIP telephony systems (3CX) for business communications.
• Networking support, deploying, troubleshooting Cisco switches, routers, and firewalls, Sophos security appliances.
• Work with Connectwise ticketing system.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and reporting
