PROJECT ENGINEER

Assist the Project Manager in overseeing daily construction activities on site to ensure project progress and quality targets are met
Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Ensure all works comply with QA/QC requirements
Provide clear instructions to subcontractors to ensure installation works are carried out according to approved construction drawings
Manage construction challenges, safety risks, and technical issues on site
Prepare installation sequences and micro-schedules for façade elements based on construction drawings
Coordinate with the Main Contractor and subcontractors on site installation and quality matters
Monitor and update daily site/project progress reports
Maintain proper records of site inspection reports, material deliveries, and site activities
Arrange and coordinate site testing and inspections with vendors and RTO/RE
Plan and manage site materials and equipment delivery to ensure efficient resource utilization
Assist the Project Manager in the timely submission of material samples and mock-ups for approval

Minimum 1 year of experience in aluminium and glazing design/site engineering works
Responsible, organized, and possess good communication skills
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field (or higher)
Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents preferred
