Project Engineer (Plumbing & Sanitary/P&S )

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) works for new build and A&A projects.

  • Oversee project execution, including planning, site coordination, progress monitoring and completion of P&S works.

  • Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, suppliers and other subcontractors on project and technical matters.

  • Review and coordinate drawings, shop drawings, material submissions and technical documentation.

  • Monitor site progress, work quality, manpower and project schedules.

  • Identify and resolve technical and site coordination issues.

  • Conduct site inspections and ensure P&S works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.

  • Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspections and rectification works.

  • Attend project/site meetings and follow up on outstanding technical and site matters.

  • Work closely with the project and site teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant P&S experience in Singapore's construction industry.

  • Strong experience in Plumbing & Sanitary works.

  • Experience in new build and/or A&A projects.

  • Able to independently manage and coordinate P&S works on site.

  • Good knowledge of P&S systems, installation and construction processes.

  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
