Key Responsibilities

• Own project documentation in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), keeping safety, quality, inspection, and testing records complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
• Schedule and track compaction testing, city inspections, and sanitary, mandrel, and CCTV testing, and follow corrective actions through to closeout.
• Maintain QA/QC checklists, photo logs, and project trackers that give the team a clear, current picture of progress.
• Support the Project Manager and Superintendent with look-ahead scheduling, installed quantities, material tracking, and site constraints.
• Partner with foremen, inspectors, and safety personnel to keep crews work-ready and paperwork current without slowing production.
