Job Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of construction execution, from site preparations to build-out.
- Possess knowledge and experience in building-related works such as civil engineering, structural, architectural, building repair, carpentry, partition, A&A, renovation, plumbing, etc.
- Ensure construction, installation, and assembly align with plans and designs.
- Prepare construction progress reports based on contractual terms regarding time, cost, and quality.
- Document action items and follow-ups from project meetings.
- Facilitate regular inspections for compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements, processes, and procedures.
- Promote safety and sustainability throughout the project.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Preferably specialised in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Building Services or equivalent.
