Job Summary

Coordinate and manage electrical site activities to ensure timely project completion, quality workmanship, and safety compliance while providing technical guidance and collaborating with contractors and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities including manpower deployment, work schedules, and material requirements to optimize project workflow
• Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and safety compliance to maintain project standards
• Collaborate with main contractors, consultants, and M&E subcontractors to resolve site issues and ensure timely project delivery
• Review electrical drawings, technical submissions, and project documentation to verify accuracy and compliance
• Manage project schedules, budgets, costing, variations, and progress claims to control financial and timeline objectives
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and site teams on electrical installation and troubleshooting to enhance operational efficiency
• Attend site meetings and report project progress, issues, and solutions to management for informed decision-making

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering / EE/ Mechanical and elecrical engineering or related field

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Effective communication skills to facilitate coordination and reporting
• Ability to work independently to manage site responsibilities and problem-solve
