Project Engineer
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a project engineering or coordination role, preferably in the construction or fire protection industry
- Strong understanding of fire protection systems, codes, and regulations
- Preparing project documentation, submission, reports, and progress updates
- Monitoring project budgets and costs to maintain financial control
- Identifying and resolving any technical or logistical challenges that may arise during the project
- Providing technical support and guidance to the project team
- Ensuring the projects adhere to all relevant safety and quality standards
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently as needed
- To monitor and supervise work progression according to shop drawings, method statements, material and samples
- To liaise and work with relevant authorities or clients on shop drawings, materials and samples
- Review and align Fire protection design drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines
- Manage and execute project as per the schedule
- To attend meeting with Maincon and consultants to address issues and update progress
- Study and reviewing of drawings, specifications for compliance
- Allocate work to supervisors and ensure jobs are correctly and properly achieved within standards
- Plan and lead testing and commissioning of the fire protection systems.
