Designs and leads packaging equipment projects for customers, creating technical solutions and layouts using AutoCAD while managing scope and integration.
Job Summary
Lead pre-contract activities for L1 and L2 projects and drive solution design for Packaging Projects aligned with customer requirements. This role supports business profitability, delivers technical excellence, and ensures high customer satisfaction.
What you will do
• Lead pre-contract activities to develop customer-centric solutions supporting value selling
• Drive execution of solution design for Packaging Equipment, Lines, and Plant installation projects
• Support mechanical and automation integration for Tetra Pak and third-party packaging equipment
• Identify and manage project scope changes throughout project lifecycle
• Develop and prepare project documentation for procurement and installation readiness
• Contribute to development and maintenance of Packaging Line concepts at Cluster/Global level
• Ensure adherence to global processes, tools, templates, and engineering guidelines
• Maintain strong knowledge of Tetra Pak Product Portfolio and manufacturing principles
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare equipment layouts using AutoCAD
• Support processing business projects and other engineering activities when required

We believe you have
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 2–6 years of experience in packaging systems or manufacturing environment
• Experience in CAD design (preferably AutoCAD) for industrial/packaging systems
• Strong engineering fundamentals and technical problem-solving capability
• Exposure to technical and commercial discussions/negotiations with customers
• Good communication skills in English with strong influencing ability
• Disciplined, hardworking, and detail-oriented
• 2–6 years of experience in packaging systems or manufacturing environment
• Experience in CAD design (preferably AutoCAD) for industrial/packaging systems
• Strong engineering fundamentals and technical problem-solving capability
