Jobscope :
- Rotate across departments to gain exposure to business operations and management.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring construction projects.
- Prepare project reports and support meetings.
- Support sales, marketing, and client engagement activities.
- Assist with facility operations, maintenance, and tenant management.
- Participate in strategic planning, business planning, and feasibility studies.
- Conduct research to improve profitability and reduce business risks.
- Liaise with consultants, engineers, and authorities to ensure project compliance.
- Perform other duties assigned by Management.
