PROJECT ENGINEER

*Coordination of M&E services with other Architectural / Consultant work include M&E domestic subcontract work and all necessary building and structure works

*Design Electrical System, Drafting for Lighting, Power, Piping Layout, Tray & Trucking and Single Line Diagram

*Calculation Load & Estimating for Electrical requirement materials

*Estimating the B.O.Q of installation materials for Project and Calculator of the Material and Labour Cost

* Job site visiting.

*Responsible for taking-offs, filing variations, conducting measurements.

*Handles contract administration and settlement of final accounts with clients ; sub-contractors.

*Responsible for general on-site technical and engineering matters.

*Site work co-ordination with client, suppliers & subcontractors.

*Prepare monthly progress report and technical proposals.

*Plan the construction operations according to Project Management Plan.

*Conduct inspections and checking on site works.

*Attend site meetings.

*Good Skill in using of AutoCAD.

*Ability to learn and adapt new procedures quickly.

*Can work independently as well and accomplish reports in time even under pressure.
