Project Engineer, Water Resources

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Water Resources (flood control) team in Las Vegas, NV. Westwood has a highly experienced and dynamic team of individuals dedicated to providing high-level professional services to our clients.

A project engineer will be expected to work collaboratively with a project manager on complex hydrologic analyses and hydraulic computations to support small— and large-scale design projects. Duties will include conducting hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, preparing reports and technical memorandums, and preparing civil construction plans for stormwater infrastructure. Project engineers will have opportunities to interact with governmental agency reviewers, internal and external clients, and sub-consultants. Project types include due diligence, master planning, residential and commercial land development, and private and public infrastructure.
