Job Descriptions
- Plan and design major civil projects such such as buildings, roads, bridges, dams, water and waste management systems and structural steel fabrications.
- Develop construction specifications and procedures.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate building and construction materials.
- Interpret, review and approve survey and civil design work.
- Conduct field services for civil works.
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules.
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Develop and implement quality control programs
Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred in relevant field.
- Minimum 2 Years of experience in the relevant field.
- Age 22- 43 years.
