Project Engr I
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and delivery Energy Management Systems (EMS) and IBMS projects
- System Hardware Design includes cross connection cabinets, IO assignment, Loop wiring and Network diagram.
- Design and configure HMI and software applications ensuring efficient and reliable system performance.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain software solutions for energy management, ensuring seamless integration with factory infrastructure.
- Develop customized software and make sure it meets customers’ expectations.
- Testing Honeywell software and gives feedback to R&D team according test procedure, Finding the risks and opportunities, Give the plan and take actions to mitigate the risks, catch the opportunities.
- Evaluate, configure, and maintain water, electricity, and gas metering devices, ensuring accurate data collection and monitoring.
- Lead Junior/Experienced engineers to success delivered projects and drive standardization to improve quality, saving cost.
- Collect and backup project documentation and build standard documents, improve productivity to meet company targets/goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software delivery, energy management, and system commissioning
- Conduct thorough on-site assessments of energy consumption and electricity usage in factory environments, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Utilize and manage mainstream database systems to store, retrieve, and analyze data critical to energy management and system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, HVAC, and automation engineers, to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders, ensuring a smooth project delivery process.
- Support Sales and provide professional assessment for customer demand and provide suitable proposal/solution.
Hands-on / Knowledge on the following software / domain:
- Bachelor's and above in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Energy & Power Engineering, HVAC, or related disciplines.
- Strong understanding of energy-consuming systems, including HVAC, chillers, boilers, compressors, and other equipment.
- Familiarity with water, electricity, and gas metering devices and their integration with energy management systems.
- Solid knowledge of factory power grids and related electrical systems.
- Proficiency in Linux-based software applications and system administration.
- Experience working with mainstream databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize software systems for energy management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in multidisciplinary teams. Competitor product knowledge
- English language.

- Familiarity with industry protocols and standards in building and energy management systems.
- Software Skills include Java, VB, C++, Vue, React, C#, ECharts, Docker, SpringBoot, Niagara , etc are preferred.
- Experiences of automation systems, PLCs, and SCADA integration.
- Experiences of network protocols, including BACnet, Modbus, OPC UA, OPC DA, etc
- Niagara TCP certification is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experiences in the delivery of energy management or IBMS projects in an industrial setting.
