Project Estimator

We’re currently looking to hire multiple experienced Restoration Estimators to join our growing team. We’re seeking candidates with hands-on experience estimating water, fire, smoke, and other property damage restoration projects, with strong proficiency in Xactimate and Symbility.

🔧 What You’ll Do
- Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for restoration and property damage projects.
- Review project scopes, photos, measurements, and supporting documentation.
- Create estimates using Xactimate and Symbility.
- Ensure estimates accurately reflect the required work, materials, and labor.
- Communicate with project managers, clients, insurance professionals, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Review and revise estimates based on project updates or additional findings.
- Maintain organized and accurate documentation for each project.

🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Restoration Estimator.
- Hands-on experience with water and fire damage restoration.
- Strong proficiency in Xactimate and Symbility.
- Understanding of restoration estimating, scopes of work, and insurance-related documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple estimates and meet deadlines independently.

Location: Remote - Philippines, Mexico, Colombia, Guatemala, Brazil, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic
