Project Executive (Campaigns & Visitor Engagement)
Chinatown Heritage Centre is embarking on a series of new visitor experience, marketing and partnership initiatives over the next 6 to 12 months, aimed at increasing awareness, footfall and visitor engagement. We are looking for a hands-on and creative Project Executive to support the planning and execution of these initiatives across marketing, content creation, public-facing activations, partner campaigns and day-to-day project coordination.
This is a 6 to 12-month contract role, with potential for extension or conversion to a full-time position depending on business needs and performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project and Activation Support
- Support the planning, coordination and execution of campaigns, events, visitor activations and engagement programmes.
- Assist with logistics, vendor coordination, setup, on-site / off-site operations, stakeholder follow-up and project timelines.
2. Marketing and Content Support
- Support marketing initiatives across social media, OTA platforms, partner channels and on-ground promotional touchpoints.
- Assist with content creation, including basic design work, social media posts, photography, short-form videos and simple campaign materials.
- Be comfortable appearing in or supporting marketing content, including simple videos, reels, visitor-facing explainers or public-facing campaign moments.
3. Visitor and Partner Engagement
- Support public-facing engagement activities, including explaining activities to visitors, encouraging participation and collecting feedback where required.
- Assist in coordinating partner promotions, redemption mechanics, campaign materials and simple partner follow-ups.
4. Reporting and Administrative Support
- Collect and consolidate visitor, programme, campaign and redemption data for reporting and future planning.
- Maintain project trackers, campaign records, vendor quotations and other administrative documents.
- Provide general support for day-to-day projects and ad hoc initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Tourism, Hospitality, Events, Business, Design or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, events, tourism, hospitality, social media, content creation or project coordination would be advantageous.
- Comfortable with public-facing work, including speaking to visitors, supporting activations and appearing in simple marketing videos where required.
- Able to create basic marketing content, including simple designs, photos, videos and social media materials.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools or similar design / video editing platforms would be advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate tasks and follow through on timelines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, proactive, hands-on and willing to support both marketing and operations.
- Able to work occasional weekends, evenings or public holidays when required for events, campaigns or activations.
