YOUR ROLE
The Project Executive is a critical strategic role responsible for driving project success through meticulous coordination, communication, and quality management.
Your role is more than coordination—You'll be the behind-the-scenes architect who turns complex client briefs into smooth, dynamic project journeys, ensuring every team member can focus on what they do brilliantly.
Picture yourself as the production master who understands each project's unique touchpoint. You'll anticipate challenges before they emerge, communicate with precision, and create the invisible infrastructure that allows excellent project delivery—all while maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct comprehensive sanity checks on project briefs and deliverables
- Coordinate information gathering across internal teams and external partners
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation and tracking systems
- Monitor project timelines and proactively identify potential delays or risks
- Create and distribute regular status updates to project teams
- Support budget tracking and expense documentation
- Facilitate smooth project handovers and transitions
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 2-3 years of professional project coordination experience
- Basic understanding of digital product development processes
- Proven track record of managing complex project requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experienced user of collaboration tools (Asana, Trello, or equivalent)
- Strong digital documentation and reporting capabilities
EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
- Relevant certifications in project management are a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team environments
- Adaptable and solution-oriented approach to challenges
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Strong ethical standards and confidentiality awareness
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Pleasant personality with a "can-do" attitude and be a good team player. Clear communication skills to make complex technical matters simple when communicating with non-technical stakeholders and client executives.
