Project Executive
🚐 Join Our Team as a Project Executive (3-MonthContract – Sept to 7 Dec 2026)
We are seeking aproactive, organised, and detail-oriented Project Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of major events. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, clients, vendors, and event partners to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on schedule, and within budget. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
💼Job Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing major events and related projects.
- Liaise with clients, event organisers, government agencies, venue management, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate event logistics, including manpower deployment, transportation, equipment, accreditation, and venue setup.
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, reports, and event documentation.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed according to schedule.
- Coordinate recruitment, scheduling, briefing, and deployment of event staff and volunteers.
- Conduct site visits, venue inspections, and pre-event preparations.
- Support procurement activities and coordinate with suppliers for event requirements.
- Ensure compliance with event safety, operational procedures, and company standards.
- Assist with budget tracking, purchase requests, and expense reconciliation.
- Resolve operational issues promptly during event setup and event days.
- Prepare post-event reports and recommend process Improvements.
- Perform other project-related duties assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
- Knowledge or experience in Event Management, Business Management, Sports Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Relevant event management experience is an advantage.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and extended hours during events.
- Possess a positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Contract Period (September to 7 December 2026)
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting sporting events, exhibitions, conferences, or large-scale public events.
- Knowledge of project management tools and scheduling software.
- Experience coordinating large teams of staff or volunteers.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions during live events.
