Project Executive (Physical Security Systems)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and objectives are met
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth workflow
• Act as the main liaison for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns promptly
• Monitor project progress, budget utilization, and quality standards to ensure compliance with agreed requirements
• Allocate resources effectively, including manpower and materials, to optimize project performance
• Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, reports, and records
• Identify potential risks or challenges and implement appropriate solutions to keep projects on track
• Support other project-related tasks or assignments as required

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
• Familiarity with ELV systems, automation, networking and integrated security solutions (CCTV, access control, and alarm systems)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a similar industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle tight schedules
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn and grow professionally
• Must have own transport (car or motorcycle) for site travel; fixed monthly transport allowance provided.
