Project Executive – Luxury Brand Project Management

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Executive with at least 2 years of experience in luxury brand projects. The ideal candidate will support project planning, coordination, documentation, and execution across high-end retail, hospitality, and commercial spaces. This role requires strong design management understanding and the ability to work with premium brands, vendors, and internal teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Design Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in:

• Luxury brand retail, boutique fit-outs, hospitality projects, or high-end commercial environments.

• Project coordination or project management roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager/Director in planning, scheduling, and executing luxury brand design and build projects.

• Coordinate with designers, contractors, suppliers, and brand representatives.

• Assist in preparing project plans, layouts, drawings, material boards, and documentation.

• Participate in site meetings, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

• Handle project reporting, minutes of meetings, updates, and follow-ups.

• Track material orders, deliveries, and vendor timelines.

• Assist in quality checks, site inspections, and compliance with luxury brand standards.

• Support cost estimations, quotations, and budget monitoring.

• Maintain clear communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Ensure smooth project handover and documentation completion.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of luxury brand standards, materials, and design expectations.

• Basic understanding of design management processes.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

• Good communication and presentation abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with design and project tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or project management software (preferred but not mandatory).

• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Experience in retail fit-out, hospitality interior works, or visual merchandising projects.

• Basic knowledge of AI tools for documentation, scheduling, or visualization (optional).

• Understanding of construction materials, luxury finishes, and site supervision basics.
