Project Executive (Software Development Project)

Duration : 12 Months Contract

Job Summary:
The Project Executive is responsible for supporting the execution and coordination of IT-related projects assigned to the company.

This role assists in tracking project progress, updating documentation, and
ensuring project activities are carried out according to plans, timelines, and quality requirements.

The Project Executive works closely with the Project Manager, internal teams, customers, and vendors to support smooth project delivery from initiation to completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, MIS, or related field
• With 2- 3 years working experience of software development project.
• Familiar with MySQL/Oracle; database knowledge or optimization is an advantage
• Basic understanding of project management processes and project lifecycle
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills
• Able to work under supervision and in a team environment

Responsibilities:

• Support project execution across all phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, and closure
• Assist in managing project scope, changes, milestones, risks, issues, and resource tracking
• Track project progress and ensure tasks are completed according to schedule
• Provide regular project updates to management and customers
• Ensure project documentation and reporting are properly maintained and followed
• Work closely with project teams to resolve issues and support risk mitigation
• Ensure project deliverables meet customer requirements, quality standards, and timelines
• Support coordination with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders as required
• Will work and support senior project manager.
