Project Finance Expert - renewable sector
Summary
Leads and manages large renewable-energy project finance deals in Poland, coordinating teams and negotiating contracts like SPAs and PPAs while overseeing transaction documentation and client interactions.
Your responsibilities:
- Playing a leading role in the largest transactions on the renewables market in Poland
- Overseeing project teams of Interns, Associates and Senior Associates
- Coordinating the preparation of transaction documents such as teasers, information memorandums, financial models
- Negotiating transaction documentation such as SPAs, financing agreements, PPAs
- Overall project management of varied transaction processes, including coordination of and cooperation with legal, technical and commercial experts involved on both sides of the deal
- Leading client calls and business development initiatives
Client requirements:
- Have minimum 3 years of professional experience in banking, consulting and/or investments, personal interest and/or work history in renewable energy would be an advantage
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably related to management, finance, accounting or economics
- Plan their work efficiently and wish to work on some of the most ambitious investment projects in renewable energy in Poland
- Have advanced project management skills
- Have some experience in the area of renewable energy or infrastructure investments
- Are fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken (minimum requirement of C1 level)
- Are willing to work mostly in-office in the city center
