• 💼 Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar HR/Finance roles
• 💰 Experience in payroll, budgeting, accounting & financial reporting
• 👥 Manage recruitment, staff development and HR procedures
• 🖥️ Knowledge of Homère/MSF tools is an advantage
• 🗣️ English & Amharic required; Afan Oromo is an advantage
