You'll deliver exceptional ABA supervision, guide RBTs in their growth, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams to ensure each child receives comprehensive, high-quality care – all with the flexibility and autonomy of a part-time, mission-driven role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress
  • Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision
  • Complete and submit required documentation, including, but not limited to Progress Reports in accordance with practice guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other professionals and disciplines to support comprehensive care
  • Maintain targeted caseload
