Leads 3–6-month strategic projects for a Singapore-based logistics company, aligning APAC initiatives with global goals, analyzing data, and driving cross-functional execution.
As the APAC Strategic Project Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and transformation across the Asia-Pacific region. As a member of the APAC Leadership Team, you will lead and contribute to cross-functional strategic initiatives that support the company's business objectives, delivering impactful outcomes through strong collaboration, innovation, and execution excellence.
In addition, you will serve as a trusted business partner to the APAC President, providing strategic and operational support across a wide range of business matters. Acting as a key liaison between the APAC organization and the wider Envirotainer Group, you will help facilitate effective communication, alignment, and execution of regional and global priorities.
Responsibilities
· Strategic Requirement Alignment Lead the identification and documentation of business needs across APAC markets, ensuring alignment with regional strategic priorities as well as global departments and digital transformation goals.
· Solution Architecture & Innovation Design and champion scalable, data-driven solutions that address complex business challenges, leveraging emerging technologies and best practices.
· Program & Initiative Leadership Oversee the planning and execution of strategic projects, coordinating or be a part of cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact outcomes on time and within scope.
· Insight-Driven Analysis Analyze regional data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities. Translate insights into strategic recommendations that inform decision-making and drive performance.
· Stakeholder Partnership & Influence Cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders across APAC. Act as a trusted advisor, aligning project goals with business objectives and market dynamics.
· Performance Optimization Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, identifying areas for enhancement and ensuring continuous improvement.
· Capability Building & Enablement Empower teams through training, knowledge sharing, and change management support to ensure successful adoption of new tools and processes.
· Strategic Documentation & Communication Maintain clear, comprehensive records of project strategies, decisions, and outcomes. Communicate progress and impact to regional and global leadership.
· Governance & Quality Assurance Ensure all initiatives meet compliance, quality, and user experience standards, aligning with both local regulations and global benchmarks.
· Market Intelligence & Foresight Conduct ongoing research into APAC market trends, competitor strategies, and digital innovations to inform strategic planning and future initiatives.
Requirements
- A relevant university degree with 7 years of experience.
- Proven experience leading and delivering cross-functional projects.
- Experience in process improvement, IT initiatives, and change management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to proactively manage stakeholder expectations and foster open, constructive dialogue.
- A strong learning mindset, with the ability to quickly master new concepts and effectively share knowledge with others.
