Responsibilities:

Lead the full project lifecycle from design to post-construction, ensuring delivery aligns with healthcare specifications, timelines, and operational requirements
Oversee the integration of clinical, engineering, and architectural requirements, including specialized healthcare infrastructure and regulatory compliance.
Manage project governance, site progress monitoring, technical risk mitigation, and contract administration to ensure smooth project execution.
Coordinate technical handovers, inspections, and defect rectification processes to ensure operational readiness upon completion
Collaborate with Ministry, consultants, contractors, and clinical stakeholders to align technical, operational, and functional requirements throughout the project.
Provide technical leadership and advisory support on healthcare design standards, buildability, compliance, and infrastructure planning.
Drive budget oversight, project reporting, stakeholder communication, and adoption of healthcare infrastructure best practices and emerging technologies.
