Project Lead

SUMMARY

Purpose:

Own and drive the execution of firm-wide projects, systems, and COO priorities so ideas turn into implemented, adopted, and measurable business improvements without chaos, delays, or dropped balls.

Mission:

Run the firm’s project and execution engine by coordinating people, timelines, technology, and leadership priorities so strategic initiatives move from planning to reality and the COO is free to focus on growth, leadership, and performance.
