Project Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and manage expectations

• Lead project planning, execution, and reporting

• Oversee SDLC phases: requirement gathering, design, development,

testing, deployment, and maintenance

• Coordinate team efforts, resolve conflicts, and mentor team members

• Represent nCircle with a customer-first mindset

• Support recruitment and business growth

• Travel for client meetings (domestic/international)

You Bring:

• 4+ Years experience in Project Management

• Strong project and client management skills

• Technical understanding and risk mitigation ability

• Experience with mid-size teams and international clients

• Excellent communication, prioritization, and forecasting skills

• QA background preferred
