Project Lead of Digital Manufacturing Transformation

1. Smart Manufacturing Strategy & Roadmap:
a. Define and execute a Smart Manufacturing roadmap aligned with plant expansion (EIPA / LCYAM), translating business goals (yield, cost, ESG, safety) into scalable digital and AI initiatives.
b. Benchmark and adopt industry best practices through external partnerships

2. OT Integration & Digital Architecture:
a. Lead integration across ERP, MES, PI, and OT systems to build a unified digital operations layer.
b. Design scalable data architecture with real-time visibility, ensuring governance, standardization, and interoperability across sites.

3. AI / Advanced Analytics Deployment (PoC → Scale)
a. Drive end-to-end deployment of AI use cases (quality, maintenance, energy/ESG, safety), ensuring successful transition from PoC to production and cross-site scaling.
b. Establish MLOpsa and AI lifecycle governance.

4. Agentic AI Operations Enablement (Next Level)
a. Deploy AI agents to enable autonomous monitoring, decision support, and cross-system orchestration.
b. Transform operations from dashboard-driven to action-driven workflows.

5. Cross-Functional Change Leadership
a. Align stakeholders across Production, QA, Engineering, Maintenance, and D&IT.
b. Lead transformation toward data-driven and AI-augmented operations, while building internal capabilities and talent.

6. Value Realization & KPI Ownership
a. Own and drive measurable outcomes in yield, downtime, energy efficiency, and safety.
b. Establish ROI tracking frameworks for all Smart Manufacturing initiatives.
