- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Strong experience in IT project delivery (ideally in complex, multi-stream environments)
- Solid understanding of agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, SAFe)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to coordinate teams, manage dependencies, and resolve issues
- Good understanding of business analysis / requirements engineering
- Structured, proactive, and hands-on working style
- Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).
