Project Lead

Job summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated project lead to join our team. The project lead will lead cross-functional project teams, manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, and ensure the successful delivery of complex projects. Responsibilities:

• Project planning and execution: Lead the planning, execution, and closure of projects, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and on budget. Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress, adjusting plans as necessary.
• Team leadership: Motivate and guide cross-functional teams, delegating tasks and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Stakeholder management: Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team and stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and addressing concerns.
• Budget and resource management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation, and negotiate contracts with vendors when necessary.
• Risk management: Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies, monitoring risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quality assurance: Establish and execute quality assurance processes to evaluate project deliverables, conducting regular quality reviews.
• Reporting and documentation: Prepare status reports and executive summaries for project sponsors and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans and meeting minutes.
• Continuous improvement: Analyze project outcomes to identify areas for enhancement and implement best practices to optimize project management methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage.
• Proven experience managing complex projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
