Job Scope
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within project logistics, heavylift, breakbulk, and supply chain solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with customers.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Project Logistics Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute project cargo movements from origin to destination.
- Develop transportation and logistics solutions for oversized heavy-lift, and specialized cargo.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, project schedules, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with carriers, vendors, customs authorities, and logistics partners.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and delivery performance.
Operations Management
- Oversee daily logistics operations to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Optimize transportation routes, costs, and resource utilization.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics.
Financial & Commercial Control
- Develop project budgets and cost estimates.
- Monitor project profitability and margins.
- Approve operational expenses and control costs.
- Review invoicing, billing, and payment collections.
- Support financial forecasting and revenue planning.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor operations and sales personnel.
- Allocate resources and manage team performance.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide training where necessary.
- Foster collaboration between sales and operations teams.
Customer Service
- Serve as the main point of contact for key customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem solving.
- Address customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Build long-term strategic partnerships with clients and vendors.

Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in freight forwarding, project logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and project management skills
- Knowledge of customs regulations, international shipping, and transportation methods.
- Leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
