Project Management Executive / Project Coordinator -(Finance & Operations)

Salary: $3,500 – $4,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning, execution and monitoring to ensure projects are completed according to established timelines and business objectives.

• Manage project resources, schedules, documentation and administrative activities to support smooth project operations.

• Organise meetings, prepare meeting minutes and coordinate follow-up actions with relevant stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and implement corrective measures to ensure timely delivery.

• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, progress reports and other relevant documentation.

• Serve as the key point of contact between internal teams, clients and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.

• Liaise with clients to understand project requirements, expectations and deliverables.

• Support the preparation and review of contracts, vendor agreements and other project-related documents.

• Monitor project budgets, resource allocation and operational expenses.

• Ensure projects comply with company policies, contractual obligations and applicable regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology or a related discipline.

• Candidates with experience in project coordination, project management, product management or project operations are welcome to apply.

• Experience in financial services, fintech or related industries will be an advantage.
