We are looking for an Project Management IT Specialist to join our PT/TVT Transformation Team. In this role, you will lead major IT programs and projects that span development, production, and after-sales. From tech transformation initiatives like Mainframe Exit to product projects such as VAN.xA and plant ramp-ups, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our IT ecosystem. Our Team\:
You will join a team of up to 15 working in an interdisciplinary, cross-location, and cross-departmental manner. Our work mode is hybrid\: mobile and flexible, while we also value direct and personal communication on-site at all VAN plants. We value collaboration and open exchange of ideas.

As an Project Management IT Specialist in the PT/TVT Transformation Team, you will\:
• lead major IT programs and projects across development, production, and sales.
• drive technology transformation initiatives (e.g., mainframe exit) and product-related projects (e.g., VAN.xA, CKD/SKD projects, plant ramp-ups).
• ensure timely delivery of complex IT solutions while balancing strategic and operational priorities.
• manage all scopes of your project\: time, scope, risks, ressources, organisation and stakeholders, cost and quality.
You ensure that your project is a success! This will also require you to\:
• analyze and communicate complex business and IT processes to bridge the gap between technical and business requirements
• take responsibility for finding solutions to complex problems, even beyond your immediate area of responsibility
• provide technical leadership and coaching for IT workpackages where necessary
• present and represent project results and strategic decisions in cross-departmental committees
