Project Management & Lighting Control Executive

Summary

Designs, programs, and troubleshoots lighting control systems (e.g., DALI, KNX, DMX) while managing project timelines, resources, and client deliveries in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, program and test lighting control systems according to project requirements and customer specifications.
  • Provide technical support and resolve project-related technical issues.
  • Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs & requirements.
  • Plan, schedule and track the entire project progress timeline to ensure seamless deliveries of goods and services.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the projects and the scope.
  • Optimize the resources (time, money, equipment, manpower support etc) available and allocate them effectively.
  • Review deliverables prepared by Operations and Logistics Team before sending to clients.
  • Ensure progress claims are well executed and managed.
  • Attend site meetings and organize product mock-ups when required.
  • Minimizes exposure and risks on projects by effectively applying methodology and enforcing project standards.
  • Any other tasks assigned by top management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Diploma, Higher NITEC, NITEC, or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Building Services, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of technical expertise and experience handling & troubleshooting of lighting products.
  • Prior experience handling lighting control systems such as DALI, KNX, DMX will be an advantage.
  • Good spoken & written English
  • Possess excellent interpersonal & communication/negotiation skills, initiative & resourceful
  • Able to work independently & under pressure
