PROJECT MANAGEMENT MANAGER

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, and ensure adherence to them.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams.
  • Procure necessary permits and approvals for construction projects.
  • Manage and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address concerns.
  • Resolve issues, delays, and conflicts that may arise during construction projects.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and progress.
  • Keep detailed records of project activities, expenditures, and progress.

Skills / Requirements / Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager.
  • Project Management: Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Construction Processes: Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Constsruction Plans: Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
  • Problem-Solving: Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • PM Software: Proficiency in project management software.
  • Management: Leadership and team management skills.
  • Certifications: Certification in project management is often preferred
