PROJECT MANAGEMENT MANAGER
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, and ensure adherence to them.
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams.
- Procure necessary permits and approvals for construction projects.
- Manage and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address concerns.
- Resolve issues, delays, and conflicts that may arise during construction projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and progress.
- Keep detailed records of project activities, expenditures, and progress.
Skills / Requirements / Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- Project Management: Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Construction Processes: Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Constsruction Plans: Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
- Problem-Solving: Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- PM Software: Proficiency in project management software.
- Management: Leadership and team management skills.
- Certifications: Certification in project management is often preferred
