Project Management Manager (HSIO)

The Program Manager owns customer-facing delivery and lifecycle execution of high speed cable assembly programs. This role will serve as the primary regional customer interface, coordinating closely with Project Managers in China for execution and Program Managers in the United States for global alignment, escalation, and customer strategy. This role requires strong program ownership, comfort operating in matrixed and cross cultural environments, and the ability to balance customer commitments, manufacturing realities, and engineering readiness across time zones

Customer & CM Relationship Management (APAC)

• Serve as the primary program level interface for customers and their contract manufacturing partners in the APAC region.
• Own program communication cadence, including program plans, milestone reviews, risk/status updates, and escalation management.
• Manage a three party relationship, ensuring alignment between end customer requirements and priorities, and CM execution plans and constraints,

Program Ownership & Delivery

• Serve as the primary customer interface for all program level communications, commitments, scope changes, escalations, and milestone reviews.
• Manage a portfolio of cable development projects, developing project-level outputs into integrated program status, risk assessments, and decision briefs.
• Ensure commitments made to customers and CMs are realistic, coordinated, and executable.

Cross Functional & Global Coordination

• Coordinate execution across engineering, supply chain, operations, quality, and manufacturing teams.
• Partner with Program Managers in the United States on global customer strategy, escalations, portfolio alignment and executive communication.
• Align engineering, quality, operations, and supply chain teams across regions to deliver a single, cohesive program outcome.

Risk, Change & Escalation Management

• Manage integrated program schedules, budgets, deliverables, and cross project dependencies.
• Own high impact decision making around scope, schedule optimization, resource allocation, and customer negotiations.

Executive & Stakeholder Communication

• Deliver customer ready and executive ready program summaries, including consolidated metrics (SI performance, cost impacts, build status, validation progress).
• Ensure that project results flow upward consistently and are reflected in program KPIs.
