Project Management manager

Job Summary

Engage with owners and designers to identify and pursue new exterior and interior building tender opportunities. Coordinate tender documentation with Quantity Surveyors and collaborate with contract managers post-award to manage contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and negotiate with owners and designers to understand project requirements and secure tender opportunities for building exterior and interior works
• Research and identify new tender jobs related to building exterior and interior projects to expand business opportunities
• Monitor tender documents and provide clear instructions to Quantity Surveyors to ensure accurate and timely tender submissions
• Collaborate with contract managers after job awards to review, discuss, and manage contract documents effectively
• Oversee and coordinate the entire project process from tendering through contract management to successful project execution
