PROJECT MANAGEMENT MANAGER

Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely delivery.

Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Manage project risks, resolve technical and operational issues, and implement corrective actions.

Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and variation orders.

Supervise project teams and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.

Conduct site meetings and prepare project progress reports.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company quality standards.

Manage project costs, claims, procurement, and project documentation.

Lead project handover, defect rectification, and project close-out.
