Project Management - Server/Network Appliance

1. Lead cross-functional teams to implement project management activities related to budget, schedule, quality, and other key factors.

2. Ensure all applicable processes, procedures, and policies are supported, documented, and well communicated.

3. Take a proactive approach to identifying risks to ensure project success, and create and maintain a project risk tracker.

4. Manage key accounts, with a strong focus on expectation setting and fulfillment.

5. Work closely with the ADLINK sales team to support sales opportunities by engaging and leveraging key partners throughout the sales cycle.

6. Work closely with the ADLINK operations team to ensure manufacturing processes run smoothly.
