Project Management & Support Engineer
Salary: ₱45,000 – ₱55,000 per month
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide guidance to Junior engineers.
Perform Project management/coordination tasks:
Conduct meetings.
Gather requirements and coordinate project team members to deliver the solutions required by customers.
Analyze and clarify customer requirements.
Draft documentation, conduct user acceptance tests and trainings.
Manage Project Change Requests.
Project communications and reporting.
May be required to perform implementation tasks for minor projects.
Become Subject Matter Expert in at least one product track (Authentication or PKI).
Engage in Pre-sales technical consultancy as a Subject Matter Expert to advise potential clients on the possible solutions the company can offer. [
Support customers (local and overseas) by resolving issues (bug reports, quality, product delivery, technical questions, etc). This may require hands-on knowledge of the company’s products and solutions as well as coordination of technical team members across multiple countries.
May be required to travel and perform work overseas (depending on project requirements).
Any other tasks assigned by management deem necessary as and when required.

Have good understanding of the project management process or Pre-sales technical consultancy or Post-sales Technical support.
Good analytical skills.
Good troubleshooting ability
Good interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good command of English language is a must.
Experience in Project management is an advantage.
Experience in any Leadership role is an advantage.
Able to travel overseas.
Education and Qualifications
Minimum a degree or diploma in Software Engineering, Information Technologies, Computer Science or related course in computers/technology.
Minimum 4 years’ experience in the IT industry with at least 2 of those years in a project management role.
Professional Project Management certification (such as PMP, CAPM, Prince2) is required
