About the role
Love bringing order to complex data projects without sacrificing your work-life balance? DataCraft Analytics is looking for a sharp, collaborative Project Manager to join us in a flexible, part-time capacity.
In this role, you’ll be the central operational engine, turning project vision into action, aligning talented teams, and keeping client-facing delivery running smoothly. You'll work across a small but important group of projects, working with a range of stakeholders, from central government through to NGOs and academic institutions.
What You’ll Do
Drive Project Delivery: Build and manage comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Connect Stakeholders: Serve as the core communicator between external clients, internal technical teams, and organizational leadership.
Mitigate Risks: Spot potential roadblocks early, execute proactive mitigation strategies, and keep milestones on target.
Guide & Motivate: Utilize soft leadership skills to align cross-functional teams around clear goals, deliverables, and mutual accountability.
Maintain Excellence: Champion quality standards throughout the project lifecycle while keeping wider organizational goals in view.
Capture Knowledge: Track project records, document outcomes, and formalize best practices to help us continuously improve.
What You’ll Bring
Proven PM Experience: A track record in project management or dynamic coordination roles handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Flexible Methodologies: Adaptability across modern project management approaches crafted to project needs.
People-First Leadership: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a knack for bringing out the best in teams.
Sharp Organization: Exceptional prioritisation skills and a calm, structured approach to managing competing deadlines.
Why Join DataCraft Analytics?
Real Flexibility: A structured 0.5 – 0.6 FTE footprint designed to accommodate your lifestyle or other commitments.
Impactful Work: Help shape results for a diverse client base.
Collaborative Culture: Work with an agile team that values clear communication, autonomy, and continuous learning.
Social Impact: Most of our work at DataCraft is for social good, not selling more to people. We offer a relatively unique blend of private sector and public good projects.
