Project Manager-1 year temporary contract
You are not here to update Gantt charts or chase status updates. You are here to lead end-to-end SaaS implementations for global travel leaders, turning complex partner integrations into live revenue streams.
What You'll Be Doing
You will lead the technical and operational delivery of partner launches across airlines, cruise lines, and rail providers, managing two to five concurrent SaaS implementations from scope definition to go-live. You will partner closely with external executives and internal engineering teams to align API configurations, PSS integrations, and payment gateways while actively navigating risks and timelines. Standing AI workflows handle your initial meeting summaries, project tracking, and health signal monitoring, keeping your energy focused on proactive risk management and executive alignment. Every rollout under your watch will meet strict quality standards while establishing clear governance across both technical and commercial stakeholders.
What You Bring
You have a track record of driving multi-client SaaS implementations, navigating technical topics like API setups, PSS integrations, and payment gateways with confidence.
You translate complex technical details into clear business context, presenting project milestones and risks to partner executives and engineering teams with equal ease.
You execute well under pressure, managing concurrent timelines and making decisive calls on scope, resources, and risk mitigation before issues escalate.
When it comes to AI, you have replaced recurring manual project administration with workflows you built yourself, and you know how to critically evaluate AI outputs before sharing them with external stakeholders.
You bring structured discipline to delivery, using tools like JIRA and Salesforce to maintain clear documentation, risk logs, and accountability across cross-functional teams.
