About the role:
We're looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract and help deliver initiatives that enhance how customers interact with SCTI across our digital channels.
Working closely with our Direct & Experiences Squad, you'll lead projects that improve customer journeys, digital experiences and business outcomes. You'll bring together business, product, technology and delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully, while keeping the customer experience at the heart of every decision.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital experience projects across customer-facing platforms and channels.
- Partner with product, technology and business teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, dependencies and resource requirements.
- Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders to drive alignment, decision making and successful outcomes.
- Manage project risks, issues and change activity, ensuring proactive mitigation and clear communication.
- Support the delivery of new digital capabilities, enhancements and customer experience improvements.
- Provide governance, reporting and delivery updates to project sponsors and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure deliverables meet agreed quality, budget and timeframe expectations.
- Ensure projects are implementation-ready, with appropriate testing, change management and operational readiness activities in place.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across project delivery practices and ways of working.
About you:
You'll be an experienced project manager who enjoys delivering digital initiatives and creating better experiences for customers. You'll be comfortable working across business and technology teams, translating ideas into practical delivery plans and building strong relationships along the way.
Skills & Experience
- Experience delivering digital experience, customer experience, web, portal, app or digital transformation projects.
- Strong project management capability across planning, governance, budgeting, risk management and delivery execution.
- Experience working closely with product owners, technology teams, business stakeholders and vendors.
- A strong understanding of customer-centric delivery approaches and digital customer journeys.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of an organisation.
- Experience managing competing priorities and delivering outcomes in complex environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to delivery.
- Proven experience delivering digital programmes involving CRM, websites, customer portals and supporting platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, customer experience and omnichannel engagement.
- Experience leading complex technology and vendor ecosystems while managing multiple stakeholder groups.
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical digital solutions that drive customer and commercial value.
Desirable
- Experience within insurance, financial services or other regulated industries.
- Knowledge of customer engagement platforms, marketing automation, digital analytics or customer data solutions.
- Relevant project management qualifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent).
