Summary
Project Manager at an employee-owned, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy in Manchester, delivering education, residential and commercial building projects (£40m–£300m) from inception to final account. Core work includes client-side project management, NEC/JCT contract administration, and building surveying/project management/quantity surveying duties.
I’m working with an incredible independent multi-disciplinary construction consultancy in Manchester, and they’re seeking a successful Project Manager to join their highly reputable PM team.
You will be working on a variety of projects in the education, residential & commercial sectors with projects ranging from £40m - £300m.

Here's what they're looking for:
· Relevant experience working within the construction industry in a similar discipline
· Experience with contract administration with NEC and JCT forms of contracts
· Previous consultancy and client-side experience
· While prior experience in education, residential or commercial is preferred, but it's not a strict requirement.
· Ability to deliver a medium to large size project with minor support from senior staff
· Excellent technical knowledge in all areas of BS/PM/QS
· A client-centric outlook with a focus on the delivery of targets, quality and deadlines, meeting client objectives cost effectively
· Ability to hold own in discussions and meetings with contractors and senior clients and other stakeholders
· Ability to delegate tasks to assistants and support them on project activities
· Ability to deliver a project from inception through to final account
